friends a page dedicated to our brave friends that decided to take a break from life back home, head down to Latin America, and experience life on the open road.
	Anthony Marzelli Age: 23 Hometown: New London, New Hampshire Tony, spent two years at Westminster College in Salt Lake with us, lived with Jeremy and played soccer with Nima. He later transferred to Ithica College were he met his lovely girlfriend Danielle. Since, he's spent the winter with Nima skiing Alta, and the summer working back in New Hampshire and saving up for this trip.Tony is one of our greatest friends; he's amazingly funny, and a wicked fast skier.
	Danielle WaTTers Age: 22 Hometown: Boston, Mass. Danielle, Tony's beautiful girlfriend was a delight to have. Never complained about life in the van, made us amazing meals, and even paddled out to some gnarly waves with us. She spent a semester in San Jose, Costa Rica and is quite savvy on traveling in Central America. Together they are spending close to three months traveling Southern Mexico and Central America.We were pumped to have them join us and hope they have an awesome trip.
	Victorious Age: 23 Hometown: SLC, UT Vivek an old friend from SLC has been living and working out of D.C. for the past few years. He had a few weeks off before starting a new job and decided to do what any real friend would: He bought a ticket to Guatemala City and spent a wild week touring around in The Van. We spent a few wild nights in San Salvador, attempted to cross into honduras in the middle of the night, and spent a whole day "Bo Rolling" in an El Salvadorian crater lake. Vivek will be missed immensely and we hope to see him again for a surprise visit this New Years.
	'Surfer Jake' Jennings Age: 23 Hometown: St. George, UT Surfer Jake is our great skier friend from school, and surprise surprise he decided to spend Christmas in Costa with us. Lucky for him we had a sweet Swedish surprise waiting for him at the airport to make his arrival a little more plush. As his name says, Surfer Jake can tear it up on the waves and we all had a great time surfing together. Too bad he had to leave. But at least he's home making deep turns in the powder for us. Good times Jake!
	'Sweet Sweet Marian' Bonar Age: 20 Hometown: SLC, UT Marian, Nima's beautiful girlfriend, also took a break from school and came to Costa loaded with Christmas presents. She brought chocolate, toffee, board shorts, and a cure to remedy our stolen stereo and CD's: a sweet new I-Pod loaded with music and movies. You can only imagine our shock and excitement. Marian spent close to three weeks driving around the country with us and loving life in the van. She just couldn't get over how comfortable, spacious, and powerful the van was, especially on the 4X4 roads. Truly impressed, even though if you ask her she'll probably deny it. Sadly she also had to get back to school and the snow. We'll miss you Mer!
	Robert 'The Boraffe' White & 'Friend' The most totally awesome Karen Ages: 23 Hometowns: SLC, UT & Portland, Maine Bo, another great friend form Salt Lake, and his lady Karen came right before New Years.The Great Bo has long been expected on our trip and it was great to finally have him. They arrived with a much awaited hand-crank blender, and our trip was forever changed. We spent New Years blending up drink after drink on a deserted Costa Rican beach and then traveled down to Panama. In Panama we surfed, toured the big city, and spent much of our evenings playing cards and enjoying Panamanian beer. "Last Card!" Sadly they had to head back to school and made their way back up to San Jose, Costa Rica. ......... Great times guys, "Myess!"
